My hope is that this will inspire more controls to ban female genital mutilation, which has been called the pharaonic custom. I think that Egypt should be applauded for this action.

I agree, will. Too bad a young girl had to die to make the procedure unlawful. 90% of Egyptian women...impossible to imagine.
