I was really pushing to get my account at the former LF deleted or banned, and the idiot owner finally suspended me for twenty-three years. Close enough. It took a few days of profanity and links to sites that are forbidden to even be mentioned by name, but I did it. That forum has sunk so low since it was bought out and taken over by right-wingers, it's pathetic. I wanted to sever all ties to that place, so I could concentrate on this, my own, and other forums.

That's pretty weird that they didn't delete your account on your request, Michael. Seems the new owners have a lot of issues that they need to release. I'm never surprised anymore at how many left-leaning boards fall prey to the wingers, usually in the name of free speech. I've left two of them in my own travels around the net. We've had a few "invasions" here from folks who wanted to try to cause trouble for the board or for members of the admin staff, for one reason or another. All we asked of them was that they obey the posting guidelines and they were welcome to stay, regardless of past encounters, real, and/or imagined slights. Unfortunately, most of them weren't able to do it.

But I'm glad you've shed LF and can now really concentrate on the things that matter....continuing to help spread truth.
