I think this is an example of why we can't hold children under 19 responsible for their actions and decisions. Of course seriousness of crime has to be factored in and it may help to know whether you were born with a silver spoon up your ass too.

They couldn't make this report using just the name of Patty Hearst Shaw and let the readers make their own connections. They couldn't even mention Ms. Shaw's past as an end to the story. It had to be the big opener.

Sensationalism is still alive and well within Big Media.
At least Patty H. Shaw has compassion for living things. Ask Mike Huckabee how his son feels about dogs. Parenting had to have something to do with both situations.
