Pamela Anderson's Explicit New Video

No, this isn't one of those "naughty" video links. It's Anderson's attempt to bring Kentucky Fried Chicken's cruel treatment of animals to the nation's attention.

Business and Economics students are told to 'maximize profits' hundreds of times.

KFC is maximizing profits. As is Walmart and Nike and DeBeers etc.

Far worse things happen to human beings in Third World Countries so that corporate fat cats can expand their profit margins. Mostly our corporate fat cats.

Also good, the documentary, "The Corporation".

While we do have to be more humane in our treatment of people who are being treated horribly, that does not mean we should not care about other living creatures on our planet.

KFC is extremely cruel. The faming 'industry' is extremely cruel. That is why I eat soy. (Yes it is GM, but then everything now is GM.)

While that may very well be true, there is much more attention paid to the plight of human beings in so-called Third World Countries than there is to the plight of animals in all countries.

Animals are abused everywhere and it's only those who care that give them a voice. At least humans can talk, whether or not anyone is listening.

I don't think the ability of an Indonesian leper to talk...reduces their suffering measurably.

I saw the Pam KFC protest awhile ago and thought it was very altruistic. BTW I am an abused animal.
