Article 1, Section 8 states Congress shall have power· To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures; Article 1, Section 8 does not say “Congress shall appoint a board of private bankers to take over their elected duty To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;”

Over the weekend, I read a summary of the, “The Treasury’s Summary of Regulatory Proposal, Published: March 29, 2008, which in part states:· “The SEC should undertake a general exemptive rulemaking · . .…adopt overarching regulatory principles· … SROs permitted by statute to self-certify all rulemakings · . . . SEC propose to Congress legislation that would expand the Investment Company Act by permitting registration of a new "global" investment company process · to merge regulatory philosophies and to harmonize securities and futures regulations and statutes

This proposal cannot have legal standing because it fails to “harmonize” with Constitutional benchmarks. In fact, this being a proposal that seeks to hand over Congress’ regulation of Money power to a foreign power, namely, “global investment company,” is clear evidence, I allege, of high treason.

They want to privatize our government into a corporation that they have absolute control over.
