When she wrote 'The Shock Doctrine: The Rise of Disaster Capitalism'?

This is a dialogue between Colbert and Klein. I wish my sound worked.
I study a fair amount of ecopolitics. It was a 'minor' in college if you will.
Some will recall, a couple months ago, when I raised the observation that it appeared that the international financiers were shocking the world in preparation for bringing humankind to its knees.
Their modus operandum, through 36 countries, has been to introduce shock via:
economic instability
financial crisis
food shortage
energy crisis
governmental crisis
military junta takeover
land grabs after natural storms...think recent Indonesian tsunami when villagers returned to see our mega resorts where their homes used to be
They take over infrastructure, natural resources, farms, utilities, mining, oil...what have you. For pennies on the dollar. After applying sufficient shock to the victim.
They did the Mexican peso crisis in 1995. The 52 billion dollar bail out had conditions that allowed them to re-write the Mexican constitution. The farmers lost their farms and moved north in order to feed their families. Hence the mass migration of "illegal aliens."
They did the Asian financial crisis of 1997. They were behind the Russian crisis of .... 1992?
They have hit about all of the Latin American countries and we are not real popular down there.
This all took off with Kissinger working hand in hand with David and Nelson Rockefeller that led to the murder of Allende and rise of the murderous Pinochet regime.

The year was 1973. Since then 36 countries have been shocked with much of their resources privatized and controlled for pennies on the dollar.
While it elevated our standard of living, it did not elevate our standing in much of the world.
To be fair, we were not the first. This is what empires are so often built on. The blood and exploitation of less militarily and economically developed nations. It has nothing to do with America or Americans. It is the work of the financial power elite working with Federal Reserve funding in the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and the World Bank.
The Chase bank has also been heavily involved of course. Largest shareholder? Why David Rockefeller of course.
