TWO WOMEN FROM ALASKA SPEAK OUT ABOUT SARAH PALIN

It's refreshing to hear two young women from Alaska talk about Sarah Palin and how she conducts herself "up in Alaska."

Smart ladies.

Rather being a real maverick of any sort, she has found herself embroiled in an ethics scandal that puts her right-up-there with the other big boys.

I've been cruising around the net looking at polls and seeing what a variety of people are saying about McCain's running mate. The only sites that seem to view her as the Queen of Heaven are Republican and/or rightwing extremists' sites. And unfortunately, they seem to be focused on how "pretty" or "attractive" she is and how she can "stick it" to Obama.

I personally have a hard time listening to Palin talk for any length of time. Her voice, her accent, and her habitual way of saying certain "buzz" words, such as "Up in Alaska," "Also," and "John McCain" make me feel as though I'm listening to someone rake their fingernails across a chalk board. Her favorite word of all must be "THERE."

In short, she sounds very uneducated and very unintelligent.

How would you like to listen to President Palin give a State of the Union address? How would you like to have her representing the US on the world stage? Hell, it's bad enough to think of McCain being the president. It's been bad enough for the last eight years having to listen to Bush when there was no avoiding it..but Sarah Palin? NO! NO! NO!

Well, at least we wouldn't have to worry about her groping German chancellors. But we would have to worry about her saying something like, "Pig? What, no moose?"

Anyway, she has her nerve: Sarah Palin has insisted that a formal investigation into the "Troopergate" controversy in Alaska has exonerated her of "unlawful or unethical" activity.

There's that body whole body flag thing again:
Quote:
"I'm very, very pleased to be cleared of any legal wrongdoing, any hint of any kind of unethical activity there. Very pleased to be cleared of any of that."
--Sarah Palin, phone interview with Alaska reporters, October 11, 2008.

She must be playing a game of, "If they don't legally smack me down, then I'm just going to blow them off."

I volunteered at our local Democrat Headquarters today. Two ladies walked in and wanted Obama-Biden material. One of the ladies was from Alaska and she said that Palin was not as popular a governor as the msm would like us to believe. She said that now if anyone called Palin's office in the capital, a McCain representative answered the phone, which was not going over very well.

Alaska's 3 electoral votes will go to McCain just the same...but Hawaii's blue votes will balance it out.
