Scripted r's of the type in the memo are indicative of one of two things, educated in Europe or if educated in the United States, a Catholic parochial education. Two things we know for a fact that Johnny didn't have. This memo is coherently written, a second sure sign McWar could not have written it. For there to be that many consecutive rational sentences in anything he wrote is just plain fantasy.
