In light of the proposal that I head the party list, do party work and, if we perform well in the elections, my willingness to engage in practical work in the Government, I think it's right that the party congress support the candidacy of the current prime minister, Vladimir Putin, in the role of the country's president.
This applause gives me the right to refrain from further elaborating on Vladimir Putin's experience and authority.
