Noting that the U.S [The Superpower] Administration has been supporting Mongolia's democracy, the Finance Minister S.Bayartsogt underlined that the U.S assistance and support significantly contribute to the socio-economic reform in Mongolia.

He added that USD 626 thousand, which were granted on September 22 of 2011 through the last amendment [to the agreement on a strategic non-refundable aid], will be spent for encouraging citizens' participation in the parliamentary election and for supporting the government of Mongolia within a presidency of the Community of Democracies.

Some part of the money will be used for projects on renovating the sanitary system of special schools for the disabled children as well. The Minister said a total of 124 million 741 thousand 540 U.S dollars have been granted Mongolia in frames of the strategic targeted assistance.

Washington Calls on Syrian Activists to Not Turn Themselves In, Incites Them to Bear Arms and Use Them against Innocents

Nov 05, 2011

http://www.sana.sy/eng/22/2011/11/05/379976.htm

The United States of America [The Superpower] on Friday openly said that it encourages bearing arms and using them against innocents in Syria, as the US Department of State called the so-called "activists" to not turn themselves in to the authorities.

AFP reported that US Department of State Spokesperson Victoria Nuland called on Syrian "activists" to not turn themselves in to the authorities, which proves that the Washington [Superpower]-backed activists are the ones committing crimes in Syria.

It should be noted that the Syrian Interior Ministry issued a statement calling on citizens involved in carrying, selling, distributing, transporting, selling, purchasing or funding the purchase of firearms and didn't commit murder to turn themselves in along with their weapons to the nearest police station, upon which they would be released immediately.
