I think I may have torrets syndrome. It seems that while watching the tv, I have sudden uncontrolable outbursts of foul language which I hardly even know. I also have little controle over my body movements and my hand spontaniously fly up with obsene guestures and my head starts to twich. Is there a cure?

No, I am not making fun of people with torrets. I had a cousin who had this disease. In his younger days he had a terrible life due in part that
1. they didnt know much about the disease at the time
2. Much of my mothers side of the family are religious zelots and they thought he was possessed by the devil.
He spent much of his youth in a psyciatric ward until they started to get an understanding of the disease.
One thing that I loved and respected about him was the fact that he was able to have a sense of humor about his condition even after all he had been through.
Unfortunatly, after they started to get drugs that could pretty much (not fully) control his disease, he ended up dying of cancer.
I seen him do many things that were messed up, but one of the best stories I ever heard, was him and my mother were in the checkout line at the store, when all of a sudden he stated shouting "BIG BOOBS, BIG BOOBS" to my mother.
Lol, man life has an odd sense of humor
