| Many years ago I had an epiphany during a traffic encounter while driving to Boston one day; which led me to realize that although I was a tough Brooklyn guy who can more than hold his own in a fight, it was easier and more satisfying to make friends rather than overpower enemies. It felt much better winning over my enemies and making them respect and like me. So now I wave a few cabs on and let them into the lane in front of me, and for the 1 minute extra my trip will take me I made someone a bit happier.
