SCOTUS hears Biden mandates arguments
  • The Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments today in cases challenging the Biden administration's Covid-19 vaccine or testing requirements for large employers and certain health care workers.
  • In arguments for the first case on mandates for businesses, Justice Alito floated an idea of an administrative stay ahead of the Jan. 10 vaccine mandate implementation. Justice Kagan, meanwhile, supported the policy, saying it is "most geared" to help curb the pandemic
  • The court is now hearing arguments on a second case concerning vaccines for certain health care workers.
