Yet, this week, as the report was slowly processed by reporters and analysts, it became increasingly clear that the program did not produce “the desired results.
TVNL Comment: Yes, the desired results WERE produced. The desired results however, were false confessions related to 9/11. The torture program was implemented to create the myth that foreign terrorists conducted the attacks of 9/11/2001, when in fact they were false flag operations,in which Cheney was involved.
