TVNL RADIO SHOW - http://tvnewslies.org/html/radio_show.html

THURSDAY NIGHT LIVE: Listen to my live broadcasts on Thursdays! The Revere Radio Network has invited me to do a weekly program on their network. FOOD FOR THOUGHT: If every subscriber to this mailing list donated $1 per week our minimum financial needs would be met. If we doubled the size of our list it would only take $0.50 per week. Being financed to this point would mean that TvNewsLIES could pay for it’s overhead and any money over this amount could go towards hiring reporters and expanding the new radio program. It would also allow TvNewsLIES could repay my original investment so that I can do things like pay the rent and buy food! Just something to think about. http://tvnewslies.org/html/an_urgent_message.html

Editor’s Comments - http://tvnewslies.org/blog

TVNL Editor's Comments: Who Needs Information When We Have Golf!

Let’s pretend for a moment that the Sunday morning “news” programs are something more than deception. Let’s pretend that they are exactly what the establishment wants us to believe they are; legitimate vital sources of news and information. Taking that into account let me ask this question: If these programs are legitimate journalistic entities than how the hell do they get preempted for golf or tennis?

How can the people who control the media laugh off their propaganda programs so easily without anyone even noticing the hypocrisy? They claim that these programs contain legitimate vital news and then they cancel this so called vital weekly trickle of information whenever there is a sporting event that happens to conflict with their scheduling.

When the people in charge treat “news” so frivolously it should tell you something. What do you think that something is? Think about it! – Jesse, Editor, TvNewsLIES.org

QUESTION: Have you forwarded this e-mail to anyone today? Consider doing so for you will be helping to inform the people of this nation about the vital issues that are hidden from them by our corporate media. Make this nation a better place, educate, inform and enlighten your fellow citizens!

If you believe that the American corporate media are our greatest enemy let the people know how you feel.

· Al Qaeda Linked Group Posts Video Of U.S. Soldiers - An al Qaeda-Linked Group Posted a Web video Saturday purporting to show the bodies of two American soldiers being dragged behind a truck, then set on fire in apparent retaliation for the rape-slaying of a young Iraqi woman by U.S. troops from the same unit.

· Army Corps Faked Budget Entries - The Army Corps of Engineers improperly created fake entries in government ledgers to maintain control over hundreds of millions of dollars in spending for the reconstruction of Iraq, according to a federal audit released Friday. Corps officials listed $362 million in potential contracts for a nonexistent contractor labeled "Dummy Vendor" in a government database, an accounting trick to preserve funds due to expire at the end of this fiscal year, the audit said.

· Defense Lawyers Assail Legislation on Detainees - At the same time, rights groups that initially endorsed the compromise between the Bush administration and key Senate Republicans expressed reservations, saying it appeared on closer reading to be vague and could give President Bush and future presidents too much latitude.
