FOOD FOR
THOUGHT: If every
subscriber to this mailing list donated $1
per week our minimum financial needs would be met. If we doubled the size
of our list it would only take $0.50 per week. Being financed to this point
would mean that TvNewsLIES could pay for it’s overhead and any money over this amount could go
towards hiring reporters and expanding the new radio program. It would also
allow TvNewsLIES could repay my original
investment so that I can do things like pay the rent and buy food! Just something to think about. http://tvnewslies.org/html/an_urgent_message.html

TVNL Editor's
Comments: We were told that intelligence failures led
to the events of 9/11. We were told that intelligence failures led to the bad
information about Iraqi WMD. So now we
are supposed to trust our intelligence community with the judgment and ethics
to conduct secret wiretaps on responsibly!
If everything we have been told about our
intelligence community is true they should have their power reduced, not
increased. Then again…we all know that the intelligence failures were just
the scapegoat reasons for the Bush administration to get away with everything
they have done since 9/11. But how can they have it both ways? How do we let
them tell us how bad our intelligence community is and then unleash them on
us? How do we let this happen? Where does the insanity stop? Think
about it! – Jesse, Editor,

QUESTION: Have you forwarded this e-mail to anyone today?
Consider doing so for you will be helping to inform the people of this nation

this nation a better place, educate, inform and enlighten your fellow
citizens!
If you
believe that the American corporate media are our greatest enemy let the
people know how you feel.

· Bush's Long War with the Truth - George W.
Bush’s dysfunctional relationship with the truth seems to be shaped by two
complementary factors – a personal compulsion to say whatever makes him look
good at that moment and a permissive environment that rarely holds him
accountable for his lies.

Abramoff and Grover Norquist
Billing Clients for Face Time with G.W. Bush

· 9/11: A Special White House Slide Show
- Why did some administration officials—including Vice President Dick Cheney—still lend credit to disputed reports of an April 2001
Prague meeting between 9/11 leader Muhammad Atta
and an Iraqi spy even after the 9/11 Commission concluded the encounter
probably didn't occur?
TVNL Comment: Maybe it is because Cheney set up the meeting himself!!!

· From Chair of the local Republican Party to Screaming
Progressive - We have to take care
of our poor. The Republican Party cuts taxes for the wealthy and either
under-funds or eliminates government organizations that help the poor and
