FOOD FOR THOUGHT: If every subscriber to this mailing list donated $1 per week our minimum financial needs would be met. If we doubled the size of our list it would only take $0.50 per week. Being financed to this point would mean that TvNewsLIES could pay for it’s overhead and any money over this amount could go towards hiring reporters and expanding the new radio program. It would also allow TvNewsLIES could repay my original investment so that I can do things like pay the rent and buy food! Just something to think about. http://tvnewslies.org/html/an_urgent_message.html

Editor’s Comments - http://tvnewslies.org/blog

TVNL Editor's Comments: How stupid are the people who trust FOX News? How much deception can they absorb before they catch on? Virtually every news program aired footage of the speeches given during the King funeral last week. They all aired footage of the many condemnations of the Bush policies. They also aired the thunderous applause invoked by the comments. At one point a 3 minute standing ovation resulted at the conclusion of a speech that contained several powerful condemnations of Bush policy.

FOX News watchers, however, were exposed to an altered version of reality, as usual. FOX News aired footage of one of the key speeches where all but 8 seconds of the audio portion of the 3 minute standing ovation was edited out. The FOX “News” crew was actually commenting on how the speech did not get a big response and that the crowd seemed to show respect to Bush with their silence. What rock do FOX News watchers live under? How removed from reality does one have to be in order to maintain a trust in FOX News? Not that any of the other news organizations deserve our trust; they do not. But the deception pretreated on the public by FOX News is so obvious and so over the top that one would have to be a moron not to notice. And for those of you why may be wondering where I am going with this, or where I already went with this…I am indeed calling the people who trust FOX News, morons. Sorry, but it is true and it is about time we started speaking the truth a little more often and with the passion it deserves. Think about it! – Jesse, Editor, TvNewsLIES.org
