Daniel A. Craig, FEMA nominee, withdraws namePresident Donald Trump's nominee for the No. 2 spot at the Federal Emergency Management Agency withdrew from consideration on Wednesday after NBC News raised questions about a federal investigation that found he had falsified government travel and timekeeping records when he served in the Bush administration in 2005.

"Given the distraction this will cause the Agency in a time when they cannot afford to lose focus, I have withdrawn from my nomination," the former nominee, Daniel A. Craig, said in an email to NBC News.

The reports come as Saudi state news agency SPA said authortities were uncovering "intelligence activities for the benefit of foreign parties" by an unamed group of people. It did not comment on the reported arrests.

Trump Lawyers Reportedly Wanted Jared Kushner To Step Down

Trump lawyers wanted Kushner to step downMembers of President Donald Trump’s legal team suggested that White House senior adviser Jared Kushner should resign, concerned that his multiple meetings with Russian officials and web of financial dealings would endanger the White House, The Wall Street Journal reported late Monday.

In June, some aides working with Trump’s outside legal team made the recommendation to the president and prepared a statement for Kushner’s resignation, according to the Journal’s reporting.

Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law, has drawn increasing scrutiny in multiple investigations into whether Trump’s campaign colluded with Russia in last year’s election, particularly given his high-level role in the White House.

You Only Believe the Official 9/11 Story Because You Don't Know the Official 9/11 Story

9/11 - you don't know the official story of 9/11I don't believe the official story of 9/11 because I know the official story of 9/11!

During the past 16 years I have not met a single individual who, after doing research on the subject, switched from questioning the official narrative of the events of 9/11/2001 to believing the official narrative of those events..  It is always the other way around. Why do you think that is? There are good reasons for this, and I will try to explain this phenomenon right now.

The term "conspiracy theorist", perhaps the most misapplied description in our vernacular, is often used to describe 9/11 truthers. Perhaps that term does apply to a segment of the 9/11 truth movement. But in most cases a more accurate description of 9/11 truthers is probably "expert", or "scholar", or "researcher." You see, much of the doubt cast on the official narrative of the events of 9/11 has not come in the form of speculated accusations, or "theories." In fact, it has come in the form of questions that have been raised after a careful study of the official and undisputed events and details.

Early signs of heart disease risk found in children exposed to 9/11 dust

Heart disease in children exposed to 9/11 dust Sixteen years after the World Trade Center collapsed on Sept. 11, 2001, a study finds children exposed to toxic chemicals released during the collapse are at early risk of heart disease.

The study, published Friday in Environmental International, was conducted by researchers at New York University Langone Health and NYU School of Medicine.

"Since 9/11, we have focused a lot of attention on the psychological and mental fallout from witnessing the tragedy, but only now are the potential physical consequences of being within the disaster zone itself becoming clear," Dr. Leonardo Trasande, an associate professor at NYU School of Medicine and health epidemiologist, said in a press release.

Trump review leans toward proposing mini-nuke

Trump ;eams tpward mini nuke

The Trump administration is considering proposing smaller, more tactical nuclear weapons that would cause less damage than traditional thermonuclear bombs — a move that would give military commanders more options but could also make the use of atomic arms more likely.

A high-level panel created by President Donald Trump to evaluate the nuclear arsenal is reviewing various options for adding a more modern "low-yield" bomb, according to sources involved in the review, to further deter Russia, North Korea or other potential nuclear adversaries.

TVNL Comment:  The insanity starts, and proliferates.  Mini nukes?  Does Trump understand that our adversaries are capable of doing the same.  He's playing war games without understanding the consequences.  We're all toast.
